Serving as Director/cameraman/editor on the series, The Life Changers was a very informative experience. The 12 episode series was produced for the Association of Atlantic Universities under the guidence of Executive Director, Peter Halpin. Host for the half-hour programs was a long time collaborator and friend, George Jordan. Learn about the Team and view any of the episodes from Season 1 or Season 2 on the AAU website:  

 Being immersed in a film or video project for many months allows one to learn so much about a topic not normally encountered in other occupations. Just before the start of The Life Changers series, Charles completed the documentary, Halifax Harbour: A Geological Journey, produced for the Alantic Geoscience Society.The video has been released to the general public as a DVD and is available at selected sites in Halifax, through theAtlanticGeoscienceSociety. Gordon Fader, a member of the society served as writer, technical advisor, stills photographer and collaborator on the production.

Silver Donald Cameron, noted author and journalist, and Charles have collaborated on a number of film and video projects. Two one-hour documentaries entitled, The Living Beach and The Crimson Flower of Battle were produced for Vision TV, commissioned by Vision TV's creator, Peter Flemington. A third production, Cape Breton's Bras d'Or Lakes, A Sailing Tour With Silver Donald Cameron, took advantage of Silver Donald's expertise with ocean cruising

FUN FLY is a snapshot of one summer in the life of model radio controlled aircraft flying in Nova Scotia. Our crew attended get-togethers in Truro, Margaree, Meisner's Lake, Shearwater and RC helicopters in Upper Nine Mile River. Thrills, spills and crashes highlight this entertaining DVD.
